Quantity Limits

Our record and audio cassette transfer service is for personal use only. You may order no more than two copies of your record or commercially recorded audio cassette. Why two? Many people keep a copy for home use and a second copy for the car or holiday home.

• Music cassette, audio book, etc. you purchased
• Personal meditation tape by your doctor (or healer) for you
• Personal spiritual reading done for you
• Personal recording of a band you or family member are in
   

We will provide as many copies as you want for the following personal audio cassettes:

• Recording of you, your family, friends or your children
  speaking, singing or playing a musical instrument.

Prohibited audio cassettes

We will NOT copy the following types of audio cassettes:

• Recordings you made from the radio, TV, the Internet or other free sources.

Why? Because you have not paid the musicians and recording company for their work. When you buy an audio cassette from the store, part of what you pay goes to the musicians and recording company. When you make a recording off the radio or TV, they don't get paid for what you're recording.

We don't participate in piracy and your audio cassette will be rejected.

Ownership When we transfer your record and/or audio cassette, they will be returned to you along with the copy. Legally, we cannot separate ownership of the original from the copy. In other words, you have the right to have a copy only if you also own the original. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Commercial use of our transfer service

We do not knowingly participate in piracy.

Commercial use is not allowed unless you have proof of copyright ownership or license. Commercial uses include (but are not limited to) resale or distribution of any type, either physical or electronic. If you own the copyright/license and have proof, contact us for special pricing on multiple copies.
